in the philippines specifically in pampanga, we call these stuffed frog “betute” wow….. it is unbelievable that in cambodia they eat balut and stuffed frog like we do in the philippines.

frog has almost the same taste as chicken.. we usually cook them fried or adobo…

@atmatheprophet it doesn’t matter how many he knows, he’d need a kitchen full of chefs who can cook it the traditional way or else it’ll just be modernized and lacking in the flavour you’d get from traditional utensils.
