Taipei 101 is a 101-floor landmark skyscraper located in Taipei, Taiwan. The building stands as an icon of Taipei and Taiwan as a whole. Taipei 101 displaced the Petronas Tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as the tallest building in the world by 509.2m(1670.60ft) since 2004. It was overtaken in height on July 21,2007 by the Burj Dubai in Dubai, UAE. 台北101大厦,高509。2米,于2004年起,取代马来西亚吉隆坡的双峰塔,成为世界最高的大楼。但又于2007年6月被杜拜的Burj Dubai 取而代之。

Japan – very modern and high tech city, you’ll enjoy excellent transportation services, the city has many latest electrical gadgets that you probably won’t find in anywhere else in the world, the people in big cities like Tokyo are very modern looking just like their western counterparts but despite all these and western influences, thousand of years old Japanese cultures are still very much alive in country.

Another good place where modernisation co-exist with traditions is China especially in big cities like Shanghai and Beijing
