Travel South America | Brainrotting: Episode 3 – West Canada, BMW F650 GS adventure motorcycle outdoor bike travel tour

I ride and I record. There’s no editing of video’s when I’m back at home, my video’s are all edited on the road because I want to share my experiences as they happen, so… Follow my journey through North, Central and South America. I’ve jacked in the job, packed my life into a pair of panniers and a roll bag and tied them down to a BMW F650 Dakar. Now it’s time for some fun! In this Episode I travel through Alberta and British Columbia taking in Calgary Stampede, Banff and Vancouver Island.

Question by nas: Leaving Buenos Aires to travel South America by bus?
I am currently in Buenos Aires and am considering takiing 1-2 weeks of time to travel around South America. I am definitely on a budget and would like to travel by bus. Goals of the trip would be to hit Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia and Peru. Ideally, I would come back to Buenos Aires and leave from there as I can store my luggage here and only take a smaller duffle bag. Does anyone have any suggestions for a bus route or place to look up how to do this? I am very flexible on locations and only recently had this idea. Any information is helpful! Thanks!

i would definitely go to punta del este first since it’s so close, then travel up the coast through brasil, then shoot over to peru and travel back along the west side back to BA… not sure what websites yu would like to use, i would consult someone who lives in BA for best places. good luck and have fun

@ammiles43 That might be my favorite book of all time. I bought a damned Triumph because of it.

@Motojournalism Although I seem to remember sticking the Bay City Rollers on the end of that one. I guess some tracks slip through the quality filters at Brainrotting Towers

First I need to decide whether to breath some new life into my old Harley. Or buy a new-used BMW GS. CHP models look intriguing as well and very affordable.

Hwy 1 in the north of California through Redwood NP; Utah, Hwy 9, 89, 12 through the NP’s; In fact why not buy yourself an annual NP pass and draw some lines between them. Great rides around Yellowstone too, just make sure you’re there in the summer to avoide road closures from the snow

I blame my Canadian friends who all insisted on telling me bear stories which bubbled up from my subconscious when I was wild camping!

As painful as it is to type this I agree with you. I´ve learnt more about editing videos as I go and have had some great advice from people. I hope that my later videos from South America are more entertaining… nonetheless thanks for the comment.
